Made to order
Every mask and helmet is produced after the order is confirmed and paid. The production time depends on the model and options and is confirmed in our email before payment. Custom designs start with a 3D model that we agree with you first.
Delivery
We ship worldwide by express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS or a similar service). Each parcel is packed in a protective box and sent with a tracking number, which we email to you on the day of dispatch. Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
Shipping cost
The shipping cost is calculated for your address and confirmed by email together with the production time, before you pay.
Customs and import taxes
For deliveries outside Georgia, import duties and taxes of the destination country may apply. They are not included in the price and are paid by the recipient, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Batteries
LED products are shipped without batteries because of air transport rules. We tell you which power bank to use.
