There are two ways to order: pick a ready-made model from the catalog, or ask us to design a mask or helmet just for you. In both cases nothing is charged until we confirm the details with you.
Ordering a model from the catalog
- Choose a model. Use the filters in the shop by type (LED, mirror, mirror + LED), style and price. Every product page has photos and, for most models, a video of the light effects.
- Add it to the cart. If you want a different colour, size or light effects, write it in the order notes at checkout. Many models can be adjusted at no extra cost.
- Place the order. Enter your name, email, phone and delivery address. You can create an account at checkout to follow the order status later in My account.
- Wait for our confirmation. Within one business day we email you the production time and the exact shipping cost to your address.
- Pay by card. When you agree, we send a secure card payment link (Visa, Mastercard). Payment is made on the bank’s page; we never see your card details. Production starts after payment.
- Production and testing. Your mask is made by hand. Before shipping we test every LED and send you a photo or short video.
- Delivery. We ship by express courier with a tracking number. You will find the tracking link in your email and in My account.
Ordering a custom design
- Send us your idea. Sketches, photos, references, your head circumference and where you will perform. Write to vaitovichsiarhei@gmail.com or place an order for the custom 3D model.
- We estimate the project. You receive a price range, a timeline and the list of decisions we need from you (light effects, visibility, ventilation, how you will wear it).
- 3D model and approval. We build a 3D model to your head size and show renders from several angles. You can ask for changes before anything is printed. See our case studies for real examples of this stage.
- Light tests when needed. For unusual effects we first make small physical samples and send you photos and video, so you see the light before the full mask is built.
- Production, test, delivery. After final approval and payment we produce the mask, test it and ship it with tracking.
What to prepare
- Head circumference in centimetres (measured above the eyebrows and ears).
- For custom work: front and side photos of your head, or a 3D head scan if you have one.
- Where and how long you will wear it: stage, DJ booth, club, photo shoot.
- Any must-haves: seeing your equipment, singing or speaking, in-ear monitors, fans.
