Our products are made individually to each customer’s order, often with custom sizes, colours, logos or light effects. For this reason the following rules apply.
Cancelling an order
- Before production has started: full refund.
- During production: we refund the amount paid minus the cost of work and materials already used, with a breakdown.
- When the product is about 70% complete (for example, the helmet has already been 3D printed) or finished, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Defective or damaged items
Every product is tested before shipping. If an item arrives damaged or does not work, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos or a video. We will repair or replace it, or refund the amount paid if repair or replacement is not possible. In such cases we cover the return shipping.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are made to the same card used for payment within 14 days of our approval. The time for the money to appear on your account depends on your bank.
